Mondays are the best time to plan ahead. You may want to plan your meals, your weekly schedule, your social activities and even your outfits. We love a simplicity approach that speaks elegance and style. One of our style inspiration of all times is Audrey Hepburn. Her iconic image in Breakfast At Tiffany's, overload with pearls and a small tiara, is so deeply rooted in the media. Audrey is iconic and classy for many reasons, not only she gave a connotation to Tiffany's diamonds and pearls, she also created a new representation of elegance and style that 50 years on still inspires to many.

Not the most minimal style, but we can take the advice from that- by keeping most of the outfit simple and allowing the accessories to speak. Look at some of her other styles in Funny Face. Simple white Givenchy gown with a barely there headpiece and a pair of earrings.  Or a simple pure black top and legging with just one pair of earrings.

Sometimes you just need one item to accentuate your outfit. Wearing the right amount of jewellery and let them be the highlight of your outfit can make a stronger impact. Elegance does not lie solely in the brand but the attitude and simplicity of the total look, and they stay through time. Next time when you plan your outfit, try planning around the jewellery first and have fun with it. Minimal does not translate equally into nothing, but the essence of what you need.
