"When a girl feels that she is perfectly groomed and dressed she can forget that part of her. That's charm. The more parts of yourself you can afford to forget the more charm you have, " Scott Fitzgerald, ' Bernice Bobs her Hair' (short story)

To be able to afford to forget parts of yourself, you have to feel comfortable in your own skin. Being comfortable with yourself is one step closer to knowing yourself. Know your personality and you will have your own style. This is where you wear your reality, not clothes.

Perfectly groomed and dressed does not mean over-dressed or everything in excess. Look into your wardrobe and ask yourself if you can only take one suitcase of clothes with you from now on, what would that be? That's the answer to what is the essence of your style, and perhaps all you need.
