How to stay mindful at work
We understand Monday is kind of not the favourite day of the week, but here are some tips to be mindful at work and make your life better.
1. Plan your day ahead - dedicate the first 30 mins or hour in the morning to go through all emails, including deleting irrelevant and old ones.
2. Be a single-task user- single tasking can leave you feeling more motivated by completing more little tasks.
3. Have a mini break now and then - have a walk around the office, get yourself a coffee or tea, stretch it out and refresh your mind. This way your mind will function quicker and clearer.
