How to have a mindful Valentine's Day?

Valentine's Day coming up...there's no need to stress.

You can still enjoy the day and be mindful. Here's 3 simple tips :
1. Do something together with your partner that engage experiences rather than buying meaningless presents. Eg- Pamper yourselves and book a spa day; Go for a hike and just enjoy nature, go picnic etc.

2. If you want to buy flowers, think of ways to keep the flowers for longer. Perhaps keep them and make them into dried flowers, spray some essential oil and use it as room refreshener. 

3. Cook at home instead of eating out. Candle lights, wine, just the right portion of your favourite dish- sounds perfect!
